The Virtue of Knowledge from the Sunan of Ibn Maajah رحمه الله
In this course, we will study 55 ahadith collected in the Sunan of Abu Abdillah Muhammad bin Yazeed al-Qazweeny, more famously known as Ibn Maajah (273h). The subjects of the ahadith are as follows:
🔵 Virtue of learning the Quran and teaching it to others
🔵 Virtue of the Scholars and encouragement to seek knowledge
🔵 The one whom knowledge has reached
🔵 The one who has become a key of goodness
🔵 Reward for the one who teaches the people good
🔵 Benefiting from knowledge and its implementation
🔵 Whoever is asked about knowledge and withholds it and more…
Benefits are derived from present day scholars of Makkah like Muhammad Ali Aadam al-Ityoobi, Waseeullah Muhammad Abbas, Muhammad Umar Baazmul حفظهم الله, Muhammad al-Ameen al-Harari رحمه الله, & others غفر الله لهم.
📝 Prerequisites: must have a sincere intention and strive in learning
🗓 Classes resume 25th of Dhul Hijjah (August 15, 2020) إن شاء الله.
🕰 Live sessions are every Saturday morning 9:30am, Makkah timing. 1 hour per class.
🖥 We use the ZOOM application to broadcast live.
🎥 Registered students are able to view the recordings and follow the course at their own pace.
🚺🚹 There are gender separated private telegram groups where students will be able to ask questions.
