The appearance of the Dajjaal is one of the signs of the Hour, but the time of his emergence is not clearly defined, because no one knows when the Hour will be except Allah. With that being said, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم still advised us to take preventative measures. Among the Prophetic protections taught to us was to memorize, understand, and live the first (and last) 10 verses of Surah al-Kahf.

As the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said,

مَنْ حَفِظَ عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ مِنْ أَوَّلِ سُورَةِ الْكَهْفِ عُصِمَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ

“If anyone memorizes ten verses from the beginning of Surah al-Kahf, he will be protected from the trial of Dajjāl (Antichrist).” (Muslim)

The verses studied in this course will serve as a protection against the Dajjāl. May Allah protect us all against Dajjāl, Shaytān & his armies, aameen.
